On Leave - Day Six

Most of the family has begun school, so the house has been pretty empty. Melissa and I took advantage of the slow, lazy day to spend time with each other and the kids. I pulled out some of our old toys and started building an old Fisher-Price Construx "CX21 Interceptor" set. It brought back a lot of memories. My brother's and I all received the same kit for Christmas one year and we had lots of fun "flying" our jets around the house and dropping the pilot in his parachute.
Today was the last day we were going to spend in St. George with family, so when they came home from work, the kids were playing in earnest. Dinner at Cam and Shayna's house was delayed, so we played in an around thier home. In the evening we watched "Return To Me" which is one of our favorite romance comedies.
