Today was Dayton's big day. Today was his "baby blessing" that we arranged to do at Melissa's old ward in Orem, Utah. In our faith, a baby blessing is one of the first significant moments in a babies life. It was really wonderful. We had a lot of family there to witness and participate, including Ric, Bryce, and Jeff Ott; Ron, Jason, Breton, and Robert Hansen; Delose Fotherinham; and the ward Bishopbrick.
After the meeting, we met at the Ott's home for a luncheon. It was bittersweet, as my family said their last goodbyes. They left back for St. George after lunch. It is hard being so far away.
