New Photo Thumbnails

I've been playing with Apple's Automator application and am trying to make a workflow that will automate my web photo gallery using iPhoto, etc. I'm getting close (more to come later on how difficult Automator can be), but I've noticed a small line on the top of the thumbnail images. I don't know if this is even work the effort of fixing (I don't think I can fix it).

How cool! Automator seems to work okay, but I can’t seem to make it remember variables. It looks like updates to OS X Tiger have solved the errant black line on the thumbnails.
